- Identify and qualify new agency, system integrator, and digital consulting partners using data-driven research, outreach, and account-based marketing strategies
- Build and nurture early-stage relationships, establishing trust and credibility with prospective partners
- Conduct discovery sessions to assess technical and business alignment, ensuring smooth transitions to Partner Account Management
- Educate partners on value propositions and provide resources to facilitate successful collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams on campaigns, events, and sponsorships to drive partner acquisition
- Track partner-sourced pipeline, qualified activations, and performance metrics in CRM systems
- Facilitate efficient hand-offs and co-selling between PDRs, Partner Account Managers, and Account Executives
- Provide insights and feedback to improve partner processes and strategy
- Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at events and external engagements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 13 years of experience in business development, partner acquisition, or channel sales (SaaS/MarTech experience preferred)
- Familiarity with agency ecosystems, creative service models, or system integrator business models
- Metrics-driven with experience monitoring pipeline, conversion, and velocity
- Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging founders, agency principals, and decision-makers
- Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies such as AI to drive partner and organizational growth
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
- Competitive base salary and On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging by geographic zone:
- Zone A: $95,000$110,000
- Zone B: $90,000$105,000
- Zone C: $85,000$100,000
