What you’ll be doing (aka being the café MVP):

• Lead and support the team during daily café operations
• Keep food quality, service, and cleanliness top-notch
• Train and coach teammates so everyone succeeds
• Help with scheduling, opening/closing, and daily deposits
• Make sure safety, sanitation, and food standards are always on point
• Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and running efficiently
• Deliver amazing guest experiences — even when things get busy
• Jump in wherever needed and lead by example
