Intern at King's Daughters – Ashland, Kentucky

Participates in the organization’s day-to-day operations and assists with special projects as determined and directed by the department leader. Interns will have the opportunity to learn from the department leader and have exposure to various areas of the organization.

Conducts a variety of general administrative tasks

Provides support with special projects.

Assists with essential duties of the department.

Maintains confidentiality.

Organizes, plans and schedules daily activities to best accomplish goals.

Works indoors in an office/clinic setting

The noise level is usually moderate

Constantly required to maintain a stationary position behind a computer.

Frequently required to move about inside the department.

Constantly required to communicate telephonically and face to face with colleagues and customers.

Constantly required to operate a computer and telephone.

Constantly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
