We are seeking a highly driven Account Executive to own and close partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities across mid-market and small enterprise deals. This role offers full autonomy in managing the sales cyclefrom discovery through guided demos, evaluations, and closewhile collaborating with internal teams such as Sales Engineering, RevOps, and partnerships. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, partner-led environment, converting high-quality pipeline into predictable revenue. You will play a key role in shaping revenue growth strategies and scaling commercial operations in North America, while maintaining rigorous deal discipline and forecast accuracy. This position suits a self-sufficient, commercially-minded closer who enjoys navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups.
Accountabilities:- Own and close partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities across mid-market and small enterprise accounts.
- Lead full-cycle sales activities, including discovery, guided demos, evaluations/POCs, proposal creation, and deal closure.
- Independently structure deals, business cases, and pricing discussions, ensuring commercial rigor.
- Manage multi-stakeholder buying groups, including CX, Operations, IT, and Finance.
- Drive partner co-sell motions, leading strategy, joint conversations, and ensuring strong positioning throughout the cycle.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and deal progression while collaborating closely with Sales Engineering, RevOps, and Partnerships.
Requirements:
- 58+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
- Strong experience in partner co-selling or channel-assisted sales.
- Background selling into contact centers, CX, workforce management, or related domains is advantageous.
- Excellent discovery, presentation, and guided demo skills.
- Commercially disciplined, comfortable discussing deal economics and structuring pricing.
- CRM-savvy with reliable pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy.
- Experience managing mid-market and emerging enterprise deals ($30k$150k ACV).
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-moving, partner-led environment.
- US-based (remote role).
