We are looking for a Software Engineer who will design, develop, document, test and debug existing and new software for our internal and external customers. This position will serve as a technical expert on development projects with a group of talented and skilled engineers from the Design Automation team while working in a fill development lifecycle.
This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Warsaw office.
Key Responsibilities:• Work with minimal supervision to implement complex methods and procedures within assigned problem domain
• Own the development, test, and deployment for an entire product
• Estimate new work with consideration and commitment
• Identify and communicate risk, ambiguity, complexity, and dependencies
• Share knowledge of technical skills, patterns, and practices with the rest of the team
• Code review
Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Python experience
• Experience with at least one of Python Web Frameworks (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
• Experience operating at multiple layers of the technology stack
• Proven experience writing quality code and tests that are maintainable, accurate, well-tested, and follow best practices
• Hands-on experience with software development practices and can develop applications that are diverse in scope where good judgement and problem-solving skills are required
• Understand agile development processes
• Strong communication skills to proactively communicate status and risks within their team
• Very good English
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with cloud providers; AWS preferred
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL
• React experience (or other frontend tools, if you are willing to switch to React)
