Job SummaryThe Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles to meet ADAboy’s high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role ensures that vehicles are polished, presentable, and ready for delivery, enhancing both appearance and value.
Key Responsibilities· Perform exterior vehicle cleaning, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
· Clean and detail vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and window washing.
· Apply protective coatings and conditioners to interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
· Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery or customer pickup.
· Maintain detailing tools, equipment, and supplies in proper working condition.
· Safely move and park vehicles in and around the shop as needed.
· Support a clean and organized work environment, including general shop and janitorial tasks.
· Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
· Provide professional customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring satisfaction.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support overall shop operations.
Qualifications· Previous experience in automotive detailing, car wash services, or related work preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
· Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
· Familiarity with detailing techniques, including buffing and cleaning various surfaces.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
· Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical Requirements· Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
· Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs.
· Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and detailing tools.

· Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to instructions.
