Night Shift | Non-CDL Position | 8:30 PM Start
We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking Full-Time PM Vacuum Sweeper Operator to join our team. This is a night shift position starting at 8:30 PM, working Wednesday through Saturday. Position Overview
As a PM Vacuum Sweeper Operator, you will be responsible for operating a commercial parking lot vacuum sweeper to maintain clean, safe, and debris-free properties. This role also includes general portering and detailed cleaning of parking lot areas.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vacuum parking lot sweeper equipment safely and efficiently
• Remove debris, trash, and dirt from parking lots and surrounding areas
• Perform portering duties including trash removal and liner replacement
• Use backpack blowers to clean corners, curbs, and hard-to-reach areas
• Conduct basic pre- and post-trip equipment inspections
• Maintain a consistent route schedule
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
• No CDL required
• Experience operating sweepers or similar equipment is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours
• Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, and operating equipment

Schedule

• Wednesday through Saturday
• 8:30 PM start time
• Full-time hours

Compensation & Benefits
