Accountabilities:- Lead hospital onboarding, product launches, and ongoing training to ensure successful adoption of clinical software solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital stakeholders, delivering expert guidance and responsive product support
- Design, implement, and optimize disease-specific workflows aligned with clinical best practices and industry guidelines
- Monitor platform usage and clinical workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement
- Analyze data and deliver insights through Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic recommendations
- Identify customer challenges, competency gaps, and adoption barriers, designing targeted interventions
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support renewals, upselling, and long-term account growth
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to continuously enhance customer success programs
Requirements:
- BS or MS in Nursing
- 3+ years of disease-specific leadership or hospital-based customer success experience
- 5+ years of acute clinical care experience in stroke, pulmonary embolism, STEMI, or emergency department leadership
- Strong preference for neurovascular leadership experience, including stroke program coordination or management
- Advanced clinical certifications such as SCRN or CCRN strongly preferred
- Proven ability to analyze and present data using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication, customer-facing, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities with comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Adaptability, curiosity, and comfort working with emerging technologies
- Willingness to travel at least 25% and reside within the assigned territory
