We are hiring a dependable Customer Service Representative to support daily scheduling and customer communication in our Lakewood Ranch office.

What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and confidence
• Schedule service appointments efficiently
• Dispatch and coordinate technicians throughout the day
• Maintain strong communication between customers and field team
• Confirm appointments and keep schedules organized
• Support daily administrative functions
• Experience with Service Titan is highly desired, especially in a home service environment (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
