  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and talent mapping to attract specialized talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on requirements, timelines, and market insights, providing guidance on talent availability, compensation ranges, and time-to-fill.
  • Ensure a consistent, inclusive, and equitable candidate selection process, maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence without authority and set expectations effectively.
  • Data literacy to interpret recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
  • Strong advocacy for DEI and delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Skilled in offer management and negotiation with a high sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $83,300 $164,400, depending on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
