About the Administrative Entity Support Manager Role
As a Support Manager within our Administrative Entity (AE) team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring assigned Counties remain compliant with state standard and regulations pertaining to the waiver programs of the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). This position is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable about waiver regulations, highly organized, and passionate about equitable access to services.
As a Support Manager within our Administrative Entity (AE) team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring assigned Counties remain compliant with state standard and regulations pertaining to the waiver programs of the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). This position is ideal for someone who is knowledgeable about waiver regulations, highly organized, and passionate about equitable access to services.
Administrative Entity Support Manager Core Responsibilities
- Provides oversight of local ID/A System Participates in ODP meetings and trainings
- Data Driven Mindset
- Interest in Analysis, Interpretation and Trending of Data
- Serve as Quality Manager for the County (Responsible for Development, Management and Reporting of QM Plan)
- Serve as County Lead for IM4Q Program (Independent Monitoring for Quality)
- Assist with Supporting Families Collaborative
- Coordinate and lead the AE Human Rights Committee
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
What You Bring
- A master’s degree or higher level of education from an accredited college or university and one year of work experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities;
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years work experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities; or
- An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and four years work experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities.
- Strong decision-making, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to compassionate, person-centered support
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Required clearances (Act 33, Act 34, FBI fingerprinting) and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in an open office environment
- Willingness to travel throughout the service area as needed

Location & Schedule
This position is based in York and Adams Counties, Pennsylvania. Work is hybrid with the need to occasionally travel for meetings and or trainings.
