Pay Rate: $17.75 - $20.00/hr.
Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can work outside, stay active, and learn valuable landscaping skills? We're hiring Entry-Level Landscapers to join our team! No experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within the company. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for transforming outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to create beautiful landscapes.
- Lay mulch, sod, and decorative stones to enhance outdoor spaces.
- Use basic landscaping tools (rakes, shovels, leaf blowers, etc.) to maintain lawns and gardens.
- Work alongside experienced landscapers and learn the trade.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- No experience required – just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking team player.
- A valid driver's license.
- Passion for plants, landscaping, or working with your hands.
