LODGE CARE COORDINATOR at Newhaven – El Dorado, Arkansas

The Newhaven Recovery Lodge is seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Lodge Care Coordinator. The Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating client case management needs from admission through discharge to ensure continuity of care, financial coverage, legal compliance, and successful reintegration into the community. This position serves as a liaison between clients, clinical staff, insurance providers, legal entities, community agencies, and external medical providers.

A BA/BS in Social Work, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in care coordination or clinical practices (preferred)

• Case management and client coordination

• Insurance verification, Medicaid navigation, and authorization processes

• Knowledge of government benefit systems (SNAP, disability, childcare assistance)

• Ability to coordinate with courts, probation, attorneys, and community agencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines

• High attention to detail in documentation and compliance tracking.
