Civil Design Engineer - Campus New Grad at Elevation Land Solutions – Katy, Texas

What You’ll DoWork closely with project teams to design civil infrastructure for:

• Master-planned communities
• Residential sections, commercial sites, and utility extensions
• Roadway improvements, drainage systems, detention facilities, and grading plans

You’ll also:

• Produce detailed construction plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Assist in creating conceptual exhibits, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs
• Coordinate submittals and approvals with municipal and agency partners
• Follow QA/QC procedures for design accuracy and consistency
• Monitor scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Support Project Managers and teammates with technical and creative problem-solving

What You BringEducation & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year university
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in land development or civil design

Certificates & Licenses

• EIT Certification (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license

Technical Skills

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
• Familiarity with MS Office and Bluebeam Revu is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Soft Skills

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Willing to work occasional nights or weekends to meet deadlines

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $73,000 – $73,000 per year.
