As the Supervisor of Logistics, you will…
Supervise warehouse and shipping operations while managing daily workload, inventory of supplies and finished goods, and ensuring compliance with company procedures related to safety, security, housekeeping, quality, and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the CDC location with approximately six direct reports
  • Provide hands‑on supervision, coaching, and training of warehouse personnel
  • Direct warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate scheduling of customer orders and shipments
  • Manage inventory of finished goods; ensure inventory accuracy and value targets are maintained
  • Ensure proper distribution of products to customers
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on corrective actions related to assembly, shipping, or receiving issues
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Inventory Control to ensure adequate inventory levels
  • Prepare warehouse operations for physical inventory counts
  • Maintain warehouse 5S standards, upkeep, and safekeeping
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local safety, labor, workers’ compensation, and health regulations
  • Measure and control costs, including labor expenses
  • Drive productivity improvements and operational efficiency gains
  • Establish staffing plans and schedules
  • Ensure maintenance and safe operation of warehouse rolling stock, including forklifts
  • Lead employee selection, training, development, performance management, and engagement
  • Communicate regularly with team members regarding goals, performance metrics, and personnel matters
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role
  • Strong understanding of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; SAP experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead teams across multiple geographic locations
  • Project management experience, including scope, cost, schedules, and vendor/subcontractor coordination; PMP strongly preferred
  • Ability to operate effectively under pressure, within tight deadlines, and in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience supporting electronic and/or industrial manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making
