About the Role:

As a Dunkin Associate, you will prepare, bake, and finish a variety of products while following recipes precisely to ensure consistent, high-quality results. Maintaining cleanliness, practicing proper food safety, and using basic math and inventory skills will help control waste and support efficient operations. Strong organization and communication are essential for coordinating with the team, especially during busy periods. Together, these responsibilities allow you to deliver fresh, delicious baked goods that enhance customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the Dunkin TLH Airport location.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and bake a variety of Dunkin bakery products following standardized recipes and procedures
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure products are cooked to perfection
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking equipment and work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages or quality issues to management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely product availability during peak hours and special promotions

Qualifications/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation environment preferred but not required
• Ability to follow detailed recipes and safety procedures accurately
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory
• Capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced retail food environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications such as ServSafe
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass TSA background check to receive airport badge
• Must have reliable transportation
