Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a scalable content strategy that connects storytelling, distribution, and performance across all media channels.

  • Architect and execute a unified content strategy across digital, video, editorial, and multi-platform media formats.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary production team, including internal talent and external creative partners.
  • Oversee flagship content initiatives such as original programming, streaming content, podcasts, and editorial storytelling.
  • Own production planning, workflows, and calendars to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality content delivery.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and production pipelines to maximize operational efficiency and creative output.
  • Establish performance frameworks and KPIs to measure engagement, reach, retention, and revenue impact across all content initiatives.
  • Build reporting systems and dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into content performance and ROI.
  • Integrate emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance content production efficiency and scalability.
Requirements

This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, creative production expertise, and strong operational and analytical capabilities in modern media environments.

  • 5–8+ years of experience in content strategy, media production, or content leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale, multi-channel content initiatives.
  • Strong ability to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven, data-informed decision-making.
  • Experience managing content operations, production workflows, and editorial or media calendars.
  • Familiarity with digital media ecosystems including SEO, streaming platforms, and multi-format distribution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking content performance and translating insights into strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with high levels of autonomy and responsibility.
