About This Position
UStore Reunions 2026
Thank you for your interest in joining the U-Store Reunions/Graduation Crew! We are looking to fill several roles for the period of May 17–27, 2026. Depending on your availability, each position will require 40–80 hours of work during this timeframe. The hourly rate for all roles is $15.92.

1. Crew Boss
Share time between both stores and all pop-up events
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise group of 10-15 Student Workers between both locations and all pop-up events
- Manage break schedules while always ensuring proper zone coverage
- Field questions between student workers and store managers
Expectations
- Ensure all zones are being managed as expected
- Recognize any roadblocks and communicate with store managers
- Must be comfortable delegating and solving problems
2. Nassau Greeter
Assisigned to a Nassau Street Entrance
Primary Responsibilities
- Actively greet all arriving guests
- Monitor entry flow and overall cleanliness of entryway
Policy Enforcement Training
- No Animals
- No Drinks
- No Food
- No Sitting on Steps
Expectations
- Greet customers in a warm welcoming manner
- Inquire and direct guests based on responses
- Ensure team members are comfortable and confident enforcing policies
- Escalate concerns when needed, following store protocol
3. University Place Greeter
Assigned to a University Place Entrance
Policy Enforcement Training
- No Animals
- No Drinks – open in store
- No Food – open and eating in the store
Expectations
- Greet customers in a warm welcoming manner
- Inquire and direct guests based on responses
- Ensure team members are comfortable and confident enforcing policies
- Escalate concerns when needed, following store protocol
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests
- Monitor entry flow and overall cleanliness of entryway
4. Stockroom Coordinator
Assigned to a specific section of the stockroom
Primary Responsibilities
- Pull and fulfill requests from the Sales Floor Recovery team
- Using handheld transfer merchandise from Nassau Warehouse to Nassau
- Deliver requested items promptly to assigned sales floor zones
Collaboration
- Maintain clear communication with Sales Floor Recovery
- Prioritize restock and size requests to keep the floor full
5. Line Control
Assigned to a specific register line
Primary Responsibilities
- During peak traffic times direct the flow of traffic in the line
- Be empathetic to the longer than normal wait time
- Create small fun talk to keep the lines fun
Collaboration
- During slow times assist sales floor recovery team main floor integrity
6. Pop-Up Events
Assigned to an event on campus
Primary Responsibilities
- Merchandise pop-up events
- Customer Service
- Disassemble setup and transport back to store
Collaboration
- Partner with store associates on additional product that may be needed
