**Key Responsibilities:**
**Cashier Duties:**
* Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
* Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for fuel, rentals, merchandise, and concessions
* Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate drawer balances
* Answer customer questions about marina services, pricing, and local area
* Stock and organize retail items, snacks, and supplies
* Maintain cleanliness of store and service areas
**Dockhand Duties:**
* Assist boaters with docking, launching, and securing vessels
* Pump fuel and ensure safe fueling procedures are followed
* Monitor docks for safety, cleanliness, and organization
* Perform basic maintenance tasks (cleaning, trash removal, etc.)
* Help manage boat rentals, including check-in/check-out procedures
* Enforce marina rules and safety guidelines

**Qualifications:**
* Must be at least 16 years old (or per local labor laws)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions
* Comfortable around water and boats (boating experience a plus, but not required)
* Basic math and cash-handling skills
* Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
