Role Overview

The General Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for leading Veseris’ end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution to ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and service reliability. This role provides enterprise-level leadership across procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution, and supplier management functions while driving strategic planning, performance optimization, and organizational development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with company objectives
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, production coordination (as applicable), logistics, and distribution operations
• Optimize supply chain network design to improve cost efficiency, service levels, and responsiveness
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and operational accountability
• Lead supplier relationship management, including negotiation, performance evaluation, and diversification strategies
• Direct transportation, warehousing, and distribution strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance supply chain visibility, forecasting accuracy, and process automation
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Develop risk mitigation strategies to address supply disruptions and changing market conditions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote sustainable supply chain practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
• 7–10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading multi-functional supply chain operations
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen
• Proven experience driving operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities
• Experience with supply chain systems, ERP platforms, and performance analytics tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage complex, multi-site operations in a dynamic environment
