This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, and marketplace growth, focused on building and scaling a robust external integration ecosystem. You will define how a high-scale two-sided platform connects with enterprise systems, shaping API strategy and integration standards that directly impact partner success. Acting as the strategic owner of the integrations domain, you will decide what to build, how to scale it, and how to ensure long-term platform extensibility. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and external partners to remove friction and unlock new business opportunities. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring both technical fluency and commercial acumen. You will help transition legacy integrations into a unified, scalable framework that supports rapid marketplace expansion. Your work will directly influence platform adoption, revenue growth, and ecosystem health.
In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution direction for marketplace integrations, ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with business growth objectives.
- Define and lead the end-to-end integrations roadmap, building a scalable, partner-facing ecosystem that supports external developers and enterprise systems.
- Partner with engineering teams on API design, system architecture decisions, data flow mapping, and reliability considerations, translating business needs into technical direction.
- Drive the migration from legacy point-to-point integrations to a unified, scalable “one-to-many” integration framework.
- Balance competing priorities between internal product requirements and external partner demands while maintaining platform integrity and security.
- Collaborate with revenue, sales, and external stakeholders to align product strategy with market needs and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Establish integration standards, governance principles, and best practices to ensure long-term scalability of the ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership experience with technical depth and a clear understanding of marketplace or B2B platform dynamics. You are comfortable engaging in architectural discussions while also driving business outcomes across cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or two-sided marketplaces.
- Proven track record of building and scaling external-facing integrations such as APIs, middleware, or partner platforms.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage in API design, data flow, and system architecture discussions with engineering teams.
- Experience balancing technical constraints with commercial priorities in cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, sales, and external partner organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization skills, and ability to manage complex, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Base salary range: $145,000 – $165,000, plus bonus eligibility
