Weekend Material Handler / Putaway Associate at Lots of Auctions – Denton, Texas

DXTX – Lots Of Auctions is hiring full-time Material Handlers and Putaway Associates to support our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for keeping product moving safely and efficiently so production teams can meet daily output targets.

This is a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse position in a non-climate-controlled environment. Continuous movement, lifting, and physical stamina are required throughout the shift.

Schedule and Shift:

- Friday through Sunday, 3x12 shifts, with 1 hour lunch

What You’ll Do

- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

- Move incoming freight to staging and storage areas

- Keep product flowing to processing teams to prevent bottlenecks

- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment (training provided)

- Support general warehouse operations as needed

- Follow all safety procedures and report hazards immediately

- Maintain a steady pace while balancing speed and safety

- Receive and scan incoming products into the system

- Move inventory to correct bin or storage locations

- Maintain accurate inventory counts during putaway

- Keep aisles organized and accessible

- Communicate damaged, mislabeled, or missing product issues

- Balance efficiency and accuracy to meet daily expectations

What We’re Looking For

- Previous warehouse, logistics, freight, or material handling experience preferred

- Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts preferred; training provided

- Comfortable lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs regularly

- Able to assist with team lifts for items over 50 lbs

- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move for 10+ hours per shift

- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with varying temperatures

- Strong attention to safety and detail

- Consistent attendance and punctuality are required

- Ability to work with a sense of urgency without cutting corners
