This role involves installing new residential water heaters, removing existing units, and ensuring all plumbing, gas, and electrical connections meet local codes and safety standards.

• Install residential water heaters in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes

• Safely remove and dispose of old units

• Ensure all plumbing, gas lines, and electrical connections are installed and tested properly

• Conduct system checks to verify safe and efficient operation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in occupied homes

• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding installation timelines and system operation

• Use company-provided trucks, tools, and equipment responsibly

• Follow company safety policies and all applicable regulatory requirements

• Represent By-Tor Contracting Inc. professionally at all times

• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record

• Previous plumbing or water heater installation experience preferred (willing to train motivated candidates)

• Basic knowledge of residential plumbing systems, gas connections, and mechanical systems

• Ability to lift and maneuver water heater units safely

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a field team

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

• A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws

• $20 $25 per hour, based on experience
