We are seeking a meticulous and organized Temporary, Part-Time Legal Advertising Coordinator to join our team for a 6–8 month assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling legal notices, typesetting, proofreading, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves processing various probate, civil, and business notices, managing customer inquiries, and supporting multiple administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

· Fictitious Business

· Customer Service

· Name changes

· Civil Notices

· Probate

· Sorting mail

· Attending to phone calls and walk ins

· County Clerk drop offs

Requirements:

· Spanish Speaking

· 2 years previous customer service experience

· Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
