IT HELPDESK I at Saint Bernards Medical Center – JONESBORO, Arkansas

Require high school education. Prefer college degree, two years of college or equivalent vocational school training. Prefer certification in computer repair, network administration or network engineering.

Prefer experience working with health care applications, both hardware and software in a hospital environment.

Normal hospital environment. Occasional exposure to changes in temperature in computer room. Close eye work. Hearing within normal range for telephone. Use of calculator, bar code scanner, computer, printer, copy machine and fax machine. Some bending and reaching for filing and reports. Continuous sitting. Some physical installation of equipment. Occasional lifting/carrying/pushing pulling up to 30 pounds. Some walking about large hospital campus (including stairways).
