The Role:
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting the team in day-to-day operations. This role provides a great opportunity to gain real-world HR experience while working alongside experienced professionals. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide administrative support for job changes, resignations, and HR communications.
- Assist in preparing training materials and guides for managers (performance management, attendance, employee relation and coaching basics).
- Support the tracking and organization of HR metrics, reports, and performance data to help the team monitor progress.
- Help coordinate learning, engagement, and employee experience initiatives, including surveys and events.
- Contribute to updating HR newsletters, presentations, templates, and internal communications.
- Research wellness programs, employee perks, and HR best practices to support new initiatives.
- Assist with updates to HR policies, handbook content, and compliance documentation under guidance.
- Help organize HR files, shared drives, and documentation to ensure proper translation to French, accuracy and easy access.
- Participate in special HR and Talent projects that improve employee experience and workplace culture.
What You Bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute.
- Bilingual (French and English)

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. The salary range indicated includes a Short Term Incentive Plan (“STIP”) which represents a percentage of your Base Salary based on the achievement of individual and corporate objectives; The STIP payment is calculated based on a formula that takes into account several factors, including, without limitation, corporate and individual performance measures. The STIP payment is conditional upon meeting all of the STIP’s eligibility requirements.
