About This Position
PRN Floater – DODD Staff
The PRN Floater provides flexible staffing support for the agency by covering open shifts due to staff call-offs, vacations, or other absences. This position travels to multiple service locations to ensure individuals continue to receive quality care and support.
Responsibilities:
Pick up and cover open shifts as needed.
Travel between service locations in Stark County, Summit County, Wayne County (Wooster area), and Carroll County.
Provide direct support services according to individual care plans.
Follow all DODD policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Maintain communication with supervisors regarding schedule availability and shift coverage.
Schedule:
PRN , Must be flexible and available to cover shifts for call-offs, vacations, or other staffing needs.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to travel between counties when scheduled.
Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
