Love high-energy shifts and being the first face guests see when the place is buzzing? Located just steps from the new Acrisure Amphitheater, our taproom is gearing up for a big season. We’re looking for hosts who can stay organized, think on their feet, and create a welcoming first impression when volume is at its highest.

What We’re Looking For
This is a seasonal, part-time Host position at the front desk of a very busy taproom. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are friendly, composed, highly aware of their surroundings, and comfortable managing crowds, wait lists, and constant guest interaction.

You are calm in chaos, confident communicating with guests, and able to keep things moving when it’s loud, busy, and fast-paced.

What You’ll Do

Greet guests warmly and manage the flow of traffic into the taproom

Manage wait lists, seating, and guest expectations during high-volume periods

Communicate clearly and consistently with servers, bartenders, and management

Maintain awareness of table status and overall taproom capacity

Answer guest questions and provide accurate information about wait times and taproom policies

Represent the Founders brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

Previous hosting or hospitality experience preferred, especially in high-volume environment

Strong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have scheduling flexibility, including nights and weekends

Comfortable working in higher noise levels due to music and customer traffic
