We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our SPUR, RHC healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and ensuring patient comfort

- Assist physicians and healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures

- Administer injections, perform basic laboratory tests, and collect specimens as directed

- Manage patient documentation, update medical records, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

- Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and coordinate patient care activities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas and medical equipment

- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from an accredited program

- Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred

- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and healthcare regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
