Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various care settings, including acute care and memory care environments. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
Duties
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Maintain accurate medical documentation using our EMR and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Support patients in mobility by safely lifting and transferring them as needed.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress.
Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized patient care plans based on medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
Participate in training sessions to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge of acute care practices.
