Part-Time Airport Rental Agent at Budget Car Rental – Omaha, Nebraska

Budget is looking for a Part-Time Rental Agent for our airport team in Omaha. The position will be working at counter, finalizing reservations, and closing sales. Shift times are Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm.

Job Duties

Part Time

Greet customers using standard dialogue

Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.

Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions

Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage

Report damages to on-duty supervisor

Scan returning vehicles back into system

Provide computerized receipt to customer

Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.

Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year of customer service experience

Professional communication skills

Problem resolution experience

Minimum age of 18

Valid driver's license

Clean driving record
