Responsibilities: Provides efficient and accurate preparation and dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical supplies. To review and monitor the medication therapy of patients. To supervise the work of pharmacy support personnel.

Requirements:

• Able to calculate appropriate medication dosages based upon pharmacokinetic parameters.
• Able to identify significant drug interactions.
• One to two year hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. Degree required
• Must be a license Pharmacist
