This position is located in downtown Harrisburg and is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of an 18-story commercial office building. Rate: Starting between $23 - $28 per hour depending on experience.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Role and Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs through the building and tenant spaces while utilizing a work order system to document, track, and close out work.
• Perform and manage routine maintenance inspections of equipment and facilities to identity and correct deficiencies.
• Plumbing, HVAC, and light electrical troubleshooting.
• Ensures contracts and service agreements meet facility standards and needs.
• Contactor Managment: Supervise contractors responsible for the repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and heating equipment, including boilers, pressure vessels, automated control systems and HVAC systems.
• Build and maintain tenant and vendor work relationships to optimize operations.
• Providing high quality customer service while interacting with individuals throughout the facility.
• Maintain proper inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts, completing all required paperwork accurately.
• Walkway salt/snow removal responsibilities.
• Rotating on-call schedule that requires individuals to go into the rotation only 2 to 3 times per year. Each on-call rotation comes with an on-call bonus.

• Prior commercial maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Working smart phone.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
