We are a leading Emergency Restoration Company and General Contractor dedicated to providing top-quality restoration and construction services to homeowners, businesses, and HOA communities in the Denver area. Our team is committed to excellence, reliability, and outstanding customer service.

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Marketing Agent to enhance our brand presence and build strong relationships with HOA clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit HOA communities, property managers, and decision-makers to deliver branded gifts, treats, and promotional materials. The goal is to create and nurture relationships that lead to new business opportunities.

This is a field-heavy position, requiring the agent to be out meeting clients for the majority of the workweek. However, there will also be in-office responsibilities, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and follow-ups.

• Client Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Visit HOA offices and property management firms to introduce and maintain relationships.
  • Deliver promotional items, treats, and branded gifts to create a positive and lasting impression.
  • Engage in conversations to understand client needs and present our services as solutions.
  • Follow up consistently to build rapport and establish trust.

• Marketing & Brand Awareness

  • Represent the company professionally in the field and at networking events.
  • Educate HOA clients about our emergency restoration and general contracting services.
  • Identify potential opportunities for new business and relay information to the sales team.
  • Attend industry events and community gatherings to enhance brand exposure.

• Office Duties & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of visits, interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure strategic outreach.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and planning outreach campaigns.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with clients face-to-face.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in the field while staying accountable to goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement available).

• Base Salary: $60,000 per year
