Job Summary

Our hosts and hostesses create the first and last impression on a guest. Host/Hostesses must friendly and professional at all times and give the guest a genuine appreciation for having come to our restaurant. They are responsible for accurately ringing transactions, checking student I.D. cards and/or taking cash from paying guests in a friendly, helpful and responsible manner. Most importantly they must always remember to say hello and goodbye!

Essential Functions

• Welcome the guest.
• Answer the phone.
• Use the “no wait” program & establish wait times.
• Seat guests as outlined.
• Opening doors & pulling out chairs for guests
• Learn the menu & daily specials
• Restock and keep clean and organized the areas surrounding the podium.
• Ringing up all to-go and walk-up orders
• Understand our large party policy.
• Complete Chef/Manager requested tasks
• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
