How you will make an impact:

As a Building Services Director, you will play a critical role by directing the Building Services, Security Departments, and Safety Program to ensure the smooth operation of the community. The Building Services Director will plan and oversee the overall community, managing buildings and grounds, including general services, building administration, and security functions. By maintaining the highest possible standards, they ensure that the environment is safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing, fostering good public relations with all stakeholders, including staff, residents, and visitors, while promoting a secure and well-maintained community.

Schedule: This position is full-time Monday-Friday day time hours, evenings and weekends as needed.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
• 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment
