Change Management and Industry Engagement Specialist at VAE INC – Fort Belvoir, Virginia

VAE, Inc. is looking for a Change Management and Industry Engagement Specialist, who will help:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and influencers.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our vision and initiatives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and partnership that align with our strategic goals.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives and engaging with industry stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
