Program Mananger at Americas Staffing Partner – Panama City, Florida

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager for the overall management, coordination and support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama Division. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing staff to the satisfaction of our client. You will be the main point of contact for our client, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns they may have. Your ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals will be crucial to the success of this role. Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with a minimum of five years of experience in a contract management or program management role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing contract management plans, contract administration, and compliance.
• Possesses a strong understanding of contract regulations and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and customers to apply problem-solving skills, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks.
• A strong understanding of program management principles methodologies, and best practices with a focus on execution, monitoring, and control.
