Project Administrator - Commercial Roofing at THE ROOF DEPOT LLC – Alpharetta, Georgia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in the Commercial Roofing industry. As a Project Administrator, you will be ensuring the smooth and efficient administrative operations of our projects. Your main goal will be to support the project team in delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. You will be a key player in maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices. You will assist project managers in planning and executing projects, coordinate project schedules, resources, and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project administration or related field
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
• Self-motivated, team-player and collaborator
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the commercial roofing industry
• Experience with contract administration and change order management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus!

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
