Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues - Perform preventive maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and systems - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems - Weld and fabricate metal components as needed - Supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment - Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred - Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field - Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management - Ability to maintain, repair, and fabricate metal components through welding techniques - Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders - Leadership abilities to supervise contractors and vendors during maintenance projects We offer competitive pay based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.
