Meets communication needs of the department. Maintains regulatory body requirements, policies and procedures and participates in performance improvement activities. Floats to other areas as needed.

Regulatory Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required (GED).
- Ohio STNA, PCT or EMT certification, preferred.
- BLS certification through American Heart Association Required

- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
