Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Per Diem at New England Center for Children Inc – Bennington, Vermont

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time

The New England Center for Children (NECC) is looking for per-diem or full-time BCBA Consultants for the Bennington, VT area!

The BCBA Consultant provides ABA-based training and consultation in public school settings with the resources and support from the NECC-central facility. Consultants work with public schools, demonstrating how behavior-analytic interventions can result in lasting student progress.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• State License in ABA (depending on location of position)
• Supervisory clinical and educational experience and skills required
• Experience designing and overseeing the delivery of applied behavior analytic services
• Experience in staff training and staff supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, motivated and flexible, and have skills and interest in working with people from a variety of disciplines (parents, teachers, professionals, paraprofessionals, administrators).
• Driver’s license or access to reliable transportation
