Data Entry Specialist at AALBERTS SURFACE TREATMENT – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Summary:

Responsible for entering and maintaining data into databases and excel spreadsheets from various sources, such as customer orders, bills, and invoices.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Enters data in computer databases and/or maintains data
• Resolves and answers data-related questions
• Complies, formats, sorts, and distributes mails to appropriate personnel according to office policy
• Maintains accurate entries of customer, vendor and or product information; coordinates the input, retrieval, storage, and distribution of information
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Education:

Associates preferred

Experience:

5 years’ experience in data entry preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in typing, computer operation, and data entry
• Must possess a strong attention to detail and have strong organizational skills; ability to multitask
• Ability to communicate efficiently with co-workers and vendors, both verbally and written
