Job Details
Description

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems according to established protocols and timelines.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, assess issues, and implement effective repairs in coordination with operations teams.

Read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams to support accurate repair and maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including work orders and parts usage.

Assist in the installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and equipment as directed by engineering or maintenance leadership.

Support equipment reliability initiatives, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement of maintenance practices.

Follow and enforce all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE requirements, and other company and regulatory safety standards.

Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.

Participate in cross-training, safety meetings, and technical training to stay current with equipment and systems.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance workspaces and tools in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
