About This Position
Eterniti is the leading operator of vacation rentals in iconic holiday destinations, led by a passion for excellence, authentic adventures, and hospitality. With over €2 billion in assets under management, we operate 600+ chalets, villas and apartments under 3 consumer brands: Emerald Stay (our 4* brand), Bo House (our 5* & palace brand) and Verbier Exclusive (our palace brand). Our guests can discover our properties in more than 20 exceptional destinations across Europe and North America.
As Eterniti grows, we acquire companies that share our passion for premium vacation rentals across Europe and North America. Each new acquisition, our jewels, brings its own processes and ways of working, and our job is to integrate them into our tech stack and operational ecosystem, ensuring a seamless transition while preserving what makes each brand unique.
We are now looking for an Integrations & Implementation Lead to join our Tech & Integrations department as a core team member. This is a hands-on role: you'll own the full lifecycle of integrating and maintaining acquired companies, from understanding their existing processes to implementing them in our tools and ensuring smooth ongoing operations.
This role combines elements of Project Management and Product Ownership. You won't just manage timelines, you'll need to deeply understand each company's workflows, write specifications, and ensure quality delivery.
You will start by being the primary project owner for 3 of our 6 companies - managing both their integration and ongoing tech needs end-to-end
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Ownership (Primary Responsibility)
- Own the integration and ongoing tech management for your assigned companies. You are the go-to person for the integration of those companies
- Plan and manage integration timelines, anticipating issues before they become problems
- Review each company's existing processes, understand their workflows, and map them to our tools and systems
- Write detailed specifications for development work and ensure project delivery with our developers
- Challenge and evaluate incoming requests critically: you are expected to understand the underlying need, assess whether the request is the right solution, and propose the best applicable approach
- Manage priorities and unblock bottlenecks across your companies
- Own capacity management - know what's coming, what's at risk, and what needs attention
Day-to-Day Coordination
- Attend key meetings, take ownership of action items, and drive follow-through
- Coordinate with junior team members who support your companies on day-to-day tasks, testing, and documentation
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders from each company
- Work closely with the Department Lead on complex, high-impact projects
Specification & Documentation
- Facilitate discovery workshops with company stakeholders
- Write clear, thorough specifications that developers can work from independently
- Document processes, decisions, and integration progress - ensuring knowledge is captured in systems, not just in people's heads
- Contribute to building and refining integration playbooks as we scale
Training and post-launch reviews
- Design and deliver training for teams
- Establish a continuous product review process. After launch, don't move on and forget. Regularly review how implementations are performing, gather feedback from stakeholders, and identify areas for improvement or iteration Job
- Collaborate closely with the other Project Manager and Head of AI - share learnings across the department, align on best practices, and ensure consistency in how integrations and tools are implemented across the department
