Roving Maintenance Technician at Monarch Investment and Management Group – Minot, North Dakota

Responsibilities:
-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal
-Assist in trash removal and cleanup onsite
-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
-Light plumbing and electrical experience
-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
-Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
