This is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm position. Enjoy a full 1-hour lunch break in a structured 40-hour work week. No weekends, no nights! This role requires close collaboration with our team, specialized equipment access, and daily in-person interaction. Therefore, this is a 100% on-site position based in our Concord, NH office. *Remote work or hybrid schedules are not available for this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Clinical Records: Assist in the maintenance, retrieval, and organization of both paper and digital clinical records.
- Ensure Compliance: Work with the Records Manager to ensure all documentation adheres to legal, State, and Federal regulations.
- Support the QA Team: Participate in Quality Assurance projects designed to improve processes and organizational efficiencies.
- Respond to Requests: Efficiently handle requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle Data with Care: Securely manage purged records and digital archives, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Impact: You will directly support quality improvement and risk management initiatives, ensuring we meet crucial State and Federal standards.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in diversified office work preferred; Medical Records experience is highly desirable.
- Basic word processing skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills (in-person and phone).
- Detail-oriented, ability to work independently, and comfortable managing sensitive information.
