Card Operations Manager at Rockland Federal Credit – Canton, Massachusetts

Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a Card Operations Manager to lead card operations and deliver a seamless, secure, and high-quality member experience across all payment channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily card operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong service deliverySupervise and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance managementAct as escalation point for complex operational, member, and vendor issuesSupport and enhance debit, credit, ATM, and digital payment solutionsMonitor performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to leadershipEnsure compliance with regulations, network rules, and internal policiesManage vendor relationships and support implementation of new technologiesPartner cross-functionally to improve operations and member experienceIdentify and implement process improvements and efficienciesQualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred5–7 years of experience in card operations, payments, or financial services2+ years of leadership experienceStrong knowledge of card processing, disputes, fraud prevention, and Regulation EExperience working with vendors and payment technologiesStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base salary range for this position is $76,800.00 - $95,900.00 per year , excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please note that the range provided reflects the full base pay for this role. We also offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support your overall well-being and success.
