About This Position
Job Title: Practice Manager (Practice Leader)
Salary Range: $75,000-$80,000 (Exempt)
Department: Front Office
Reports to: Regional Director of Operations
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm
Location: Riverside, Ca
Position Overview:
We are seeking a growth-minded Practice Leader who sees leadership not as a title, but as a responsibility to serve.

What You’ll Own:
Culture & Leadership
Serve as the on-site leader, modeling our core values daily; servant leadership, hospitality, humility, extreme ownership, radical candor, passionate discontent, and an abundant mindset.
Build a culture of accountability, warmth, and excellence where team members feel supported and challenged.
Lead with radical candor caring personally while challenging directly.
Develop your team through consistent coaching, clear expectations, and performance feedback.
Address performance concerns promptly and constructively.
Patient Experience & Hospitality
Ensure every patient receives a seamless, high-touch, hospitality-driven experience from first contact to final follow-up.
Act as the primary point of contact for patient concerns, resolving issues with empathy, urgency, and ownership.
Set the standard for professionalism, warmth, and service excellence.
Operations & Performance
Oversee daily front and back office operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company standards.
Use KPIs and data to drive daily performance and decision-making.
Audit schedules, optimize productivity, and ensure provider schedules are fully leverages,
Collaborate with doctors and corporate partners to drive both clinical excellence and business growth.
Lead effective team meetings that align goals, celebrate wins, and address opportunities.
Financial Stewardship
Assist with budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.
Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify growth opportunities.
Ensure accurate payroll submission and timecard compliance.
Approve and coordinate time-off requests to maintain appropriate coverage and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in office or practice management (dental, healthcare, or similar high-touch service environment preferred).
Proven ability to lead, coach, and drive a team to achieve performance and revenue goals.
Strong understanding of patient-centric service and sales-driven operations.
Experience using KPIs and data to manage performance.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
