Our FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital Recruitment Team serves not only the Moore Regional Hospital Pinehurst campus needs, but also needs through out the entire FirstHealth system.

This busy, high volume position will be utilizing iCIMS ATS system to assist recruiters with screening of applicants, scheduling interviews and assisting with the facilitation of the interview process, including transportation to interview appointments at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital locations.

Will assist the recruitment staff with reference checks through our online reference assessment system and occasional manual reference checks. Is responsible for assisting with criminal background checks, I-9 documentation/forms, E-Verify, driver's license checks, OIG, EPLS, National Foreign Exclusion List verifications, National Sex Offenders checks.

Schedules new hires for drug screens with employee health and security for ID badges. May assist with License or Certification Verification.

Insures that all new hire information is complete and is submitted to Onboarding in a timely manner prior to orientation. May occasionally assist with corporate orientation set up or in person registration if requested. Creates applicant and/or position specific files as requested per recruiters. Assists recruitment staff in purging candidate files as needed. Updates position postings as requested.

May help with Career Fairs, Hospital Tours and Teddy Bear Fairs.

This is an On-Site position.


Qualifications

High school graduate plus three to four years secretarial/administrative office experience required. Experience in recruitment or human resources required. Experience in healthcare preferred. Experience with online application systems preferred. Experience inputting data into ATS system and be proficient at utilizing Microsoft systems. Must pay attention to detail, have excellent time management skills and great customer service skills.
